As a licensed professional counselor based in Cincinnati, I am honored to support you on your journey toward healing and mental wellness. Whether you are struggling with trauma or seeking to improve your overall well-being, I am here to help. I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) to guide you in understanding and nurturing the parts of yourself that may have been hurt or neglected. Additionally, I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to improve mental health and decrease severity of symptoms.

If you are experiencing betrayal trauma, I am trained in the APSATS Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model to provide you with compassionate and effective care as you heal. I specialize in trauma therapy, using the Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) model to help you connect with your emotions and process them in real time.

I believe that empathy and deep listening are healing and can be life changing for painful emotions and experiences. I work to balance empathy with challenging my clients to help them get unstuck and live a fulfilling life within their unique set of values.
